Provides an all risks cover during the construction period for contract works against loss of or damage to the property working on and third party liability for accidental bodily injury or property damage in connection with the contract works unless excluded under the policy.

Electronic Equipment

• Material Damage – Covers accidental physical loss of or damage to the electronic equipment resulting from a cause not specifically excluded.
• External Data Media – Covers expenses incurred for replacing external data media and re-recording of such information.
• Increased Cost of Working – Covers additional expenditure incurred for the use of alternative electronic equipment during the indemnity period.

Machinery Breakdown and Loss of Profits Following Machinery Breakdown
Protects your plant and machinery from any sudden and unforeseen physical loss or damage as well as any faulty design to your plant and machinery not known to you. Loss of profits due to such interruption will also be covered.

Deterioration of Stocks
Protects you from loss of or damage to stock held in refrigerated storage on the insured premises.
